Because the goods we sell are perishable, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except that we will replace defective or damaged items or, at our option, issue a refund pursuant to the limited warranty stated in our Terms and Conditions for Sale of Goods.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
We only replace defective or damaged goods as provided in our Terms and Conditions for Sale of Goods. To request an exchange of such items for the same or equivalent item, notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (828) 273-9114. We reserve the right to require that you return the defective or damaged items to us before we honor your replacement request (see below). Your notice should include your name, address, phone number, order number, and explanation of the defect or damage. Replacement shipments must be to the same address to which the original order was delivered.
We may require you to return the defective or damaged goods to us for inspection. To return your product, you should ship it to: 5290 North Carolina Hwy 226 S, Marion, NC 28752.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
